WARMING CHAI SPICED MYLK


All the warming spices in this recipe are great for gut health and are anti-inflammatory.

Warm on the stove, strain and serve:

1 cup almond milk (or coconut milk) 1/2 tsp raw honey 1 tsp ground cinnamon ¼ freshly grated nutmeg (or ground nutmeg) 2 star anise 2 peppercorns ½ tsp ground ginger 3 whole cloves (or ¼ tsp ground cloves) 2 cardamom pods, crushed slightly.
