My story
Just after my 40th birthday I was diagnosed with cancer. Luckily for me, it was a very treatable cancer but it taught me the lesson that health cannot be taken for granted. I learnt to look after myself better and most of all I learnt the power of functional food and targeted supplementation and their impact on health.
