Acute diarrhoea: 2 capsules twice a day.
General maintenance and prevention:1 capsule twice a day, with or without food.

MyDetoxify Activated Charcoal
For acute conditions: 1/2 tsp in large glass of water, twice per day on an empty stomach. Maximum of 1/2 tsp four times per day for very acute conditions. To avoid temporary staining of teeth you can drink with a straw.

1/2 tsp in water. Take 3 times per day (ideally between meals) until symptoms start to subside.
