All the warming spices in this recipe are great for gut health and immunity.

Warm on the stove, strain and serve.


1 cup unsweetened almond milk without thickeners e.g Pure Harvest Unsweetened Activated Almond Milk

Or 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk e.g Pure Harvest Coco Quench. 1/2 tsp raw honey (or pinch of stevia if you have just started on your SIBO treatment) 1 tsp ground cinnamon

¼ freshly grated nutmeg (or ground nutmeg) 2 star anise 2 peppercorns ½ tsp ground ginger 3 whole cloves (or ¼ tsp ground cloves)

2 cardamom pods, crushed slightly.
